My customer wishes to cancel a service or their entire trip. What should I do?

If the customer has to cancel part or all of their trip, please inform us using the contact form. The date of the request will be used for the cancellation.

Here are the cancellation charges in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale: Flight services specified on the order summary:

 At the time of booking: 100% of the total cost of the flight services will be retained. 

More than 30 days before the departure date: 25% of the total cost of the services will be retained.

Between 30 and 7 days before departure date: 75% of the total cost of services will be retained.

Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total cost of the services will be retained.

We will send you the necessary documents to send to the insurance company.
