Which flight taxes can I get refunded?

If the customer is travelling with a regular company, all taxes are refundable upon request, except for YQ/YR, ( Fuel surcharges ) which are never refundable.

The processing time is currently 1 to 3 months. Please note that as an agent, we are dependent on the processing times of the airlines.

If the customer is travelling with a low-cost airline (Easyjet, Ryanair, Transavia, Vueling, Volotea, etc.), no tax will be refunded.
