Can I include additional costs directly on the platform?
To add additional costs to your quote (agency fees, insurance, etc.), click on the "Advanced Options" button. This button is located in the square to the right of your project under the price per person, the departure date and the number of travellers.
After clicking on "Advanced Options", you can fill in the available fields.
You have the option of entering the amount of your 'Administration Fees', 'Insurance' and 'Other Services' that you wish to charge customers, as well as including an 'Additional Margin'.
Note that the additional margin is added smoothly to all Worldia services. It is advisable to uncheck the price per component when you add it in order to avoid any disputes with your customer.
