Which email address should I use to check-in my customer on a Ryanair flight?

When checking in a customer for a Ryanair flight through the airline's website, you must use a specific booking email address which may differ from the customer's personal contact email.

To access the booking and complete the check-in process:

  1. Go to the Ryanair website and log in or create an account.

  2. Navigate to "My bookings" and select "Find my booking".

  3. Enter the Ryanair Booking Reference (PNR).

  4. Enter the following email address: lowcost@h24travel.com
