Can I change the customer's name after the purchase has been made?

If there is a misspelling of the name on the customer's booking, please contact us using the contact form as son as possible. Please remember it is the travel agent's responsibility to ensue correct spelling of names and that they match the customer's passport.

  • For ground arrangements  : Conditions depend on the service provider 
  • For air travel: You MUST send us the identification document with which the passenger intends to travel (valid ID card or passport). This change will incur costs to you.
