If my in-demand product is not confirmed, can I cancel my entire order at no charge?

At Worldia, there are several possibilities in the case of an in-demand product that becomes unavailable: 

• A counter-proposal at the same selling price is not possible: the file can be cancelled free of charge. 
• A counter-proposal is possible: the file is validated after the final customer has agreed. This phase can be repeated several times. The price of the item in demand is guaranteed. 

If the product in demand is likely to jeopardize the entire trip, we advise you to book the critical product in demand first, and to book the rest of the services once the product in demand has been confirmed.
