When you make your booking, our team of destination experts ensure that it is consistent. To do this, they check certain items as detailed below :
- The presence of compulsory and/or specific items for each destination
(e.g. it is impossible to have a crossing and a flight on the same day in Indonesia,
the compulsory welcome and assistance on South Africa or Polynesia) - The validity of the steps (e.g. the driving distance in a day which is impossible)
- The dates of the various transport services correspond to the steps
- The presence of all the transfers, their directions and times
- The direction of the crossings (ferries) and their operation
- The correct operation of the activities according to the season
- The comments and additional information made by you when placing the booking
The items that Worldia do not check when placing a booking:
- The traveller's surname and first name (in the right order and spelled correctly, without special characters)
- The date of birth (compulsory when a flight is on my booking)
- The telephone number (the one the travellers will have at destination)
- A step without accommodation and without a comment will not result in a callback from the expert teams, as the hotel can be added to the booking at a later stage.
- The choice of different board and room type options for the accommodation
- The pick-up and drop-off times and locations for the car rental (we suggest arrival: 1 hour after landing, take-off: 1 hour before)
- The reference of the linked booking in the comments (if applicable)
