What happens if I receive a negative response within the allotted time?

1. A counter-proposal at the same selling price is not possible: the file can be cancelled free of charge.
2. A counter-proposal is possible => the file is validated after customer approval. This phase can be repeated several times. The price of the item in demand is guaranteed.
