One of the travellers can no longer travel but another person would like to replace him. Is this possible and what are the costs?

It is possible for a traveller to transfer his or her booking to another traveller, as long as he or she informs us no later than 7 days before departure. However this is not always guaranteed as some airlines may treat this is as a cancellation with 100% costs. In addition there will be may be further charges from our ground suppliers.
