# One of the travellers can no longer travel but another person would like to replace him. Is this possible and what are the costs?

It is possible for a traveller to transfer his or her booking to another traveller, as long as he or she informs us no later than 7 days before departure. However this is not always guaranteed as some airlines may treat this is as a cancellation with 100% costs. In addition there may be further charges from our ground suppliers. 

You can find the conditions and transfer fees by accessing your general terms and conditions of sale.

To do this, go to the bottom of a Worldia page when you are logged in. All you have to do is click on Terms and Conditions.

Go to paragraph II, 3 and 3.3 .
