# Information on transfer vouchers is missing. Where and when will my customer be picked up at the airport?

Your customer will be picked up in the arrivals hall at the airport. The driver will greet customers with a sign with their name on it (unless otherwise indicated on the voucher). If customers cannot find their driver, they can contact him by whatsapp or email shown on the voucher.
