Information on vouchers is missing. How will my client know the correct details ?

It depends on the destination. If it is a Europe / United States booking, please contact us by form or telephone so that we can provide you with information. For other destinations: 

- If customers have transfers booked with Worldia on arrival: the driver will hand over the itinerary and detailed vouchers when customers arrive.

- If customers do not have transfers booked with Worldia: the pick-up point is generally at the hotel for activities, unless otherwise indicated on the voucher. The pick-up time will be indicated on the voucher.
