# Puis-je réserver des prestations pour PMR ?

## Comment savoir si je peux réserver une chambre ou d'autres prestations pour une personne à mobilité réduite ?

Worldia étant une plateforme qui propose des prestations avec disponibilités et prix en temps réel, il faudra vérifier à ce que la chambre sélectionnée spécifie la possibilité d'un accès PMR. Attention, si cela n'est pas indiqué dans le type de chambre, nous ne pourrons pas garantir cet accès.

Concernant les transferts, les locations de voiture et les activités, merci de nous contacter par formulaire car cela dépendra des destinations. 

Pour l'aérien, merci d'indiquer le type d'assistance en commentaire de commande afin que notre service transport le précise au moment de la réservation.
