# Puis-je ajouter un transfert pour aller récupérer / après avoir déposé une location de voiture à l'aéroport ?

**Pour aller chercher votre voiture de location : oui.**  
Vous pouvez réserver un transfert entre votre hôtel et le comptoir de location situé à l'aéroport.  
Une heure de prise en charge précise doit être indiquée au moment de la réservation. Elle doit être compatible avec votre heure de départ de l'hôtel et avec les horaires d'ouverture du comptoir.

**Pour repartir après avoir restitué votre voiture : non.**  
Aucun transfert ne peut être réservé au départ d'un comptoir de location après restitution du véhicule.  
L'attente au comptoir et l'état des lieux ne permettent pas de garantir une heure de prise en charge, et donc de confirmer la course auprès de notre prestataire. Il n'y a pas d'exception à cette règle.

**Bon à savoir**  
Dans plusieurs aéroports, le comptoir de location se trouve en dehors du terminal. Vérifiez l'adresse exacte indiquée sur votre bon de location avant de réserver le transfert : c'est celle-ci qui doit être renseignée comme adresse de dépose.
