# La carte ICOCA est-elle valable à Tokyo ?

Bien que la carte ICOCA soit émise dans la région du Kansa (Osaka, Kyoto,Kobe, Nara), elle est compatible avec la plupart des réseaux de transport au Japon. Elle peut donc être utilisée à Tokyo, notamment sur les lignes de JR East.

Voici un aperçu non exhaustif des transports accessibles avec la carte ICOCA à Tokyo :

- Métro : 
    - *Tokyo Metro* (lignes Ginza, Marunouchi, Hibiya, etc.)
    - *Toei Subway* (lignes Asakusa, Oedo, Mita, Shinjuku, etc.)
- Trains urbains et régionaux : 
    - *JR East* : Yamanote, Chuo, Keihin-Tohoku, Sobu, et autres lignes locales
- Bus : 
    - Bus municipaux de Tokyo

 À noter : la carte ICOCA ne fonctionne pas pour les trains express, les shinkansen, les bus longue distance (*highway buses*) ou les navettes d’aéroport.
