# Puis-je réserver un modèle de véhicule en particulier ?

## Suis-je certain d'avoir le modèle de véhicule que j'ai commandé ?

Les réservations de véhicules de location sont effectuées sur la base de catégories et non de modèles.  Pour être plus précis, nous garantissons la catégorie du véhicule commandé mais ne pouvons malheureusement pas garantir le modèle, qui lui peut différer de celui qui vous est présenté. C'est pour cette raison que nous mentionnons systématiquement "ou équivalent" à côté du modèle. Voir exemple ci-dessous :
