# My customers would like a specific timetable for their activities

When you make your activity booking, you can specify a time slot and a preferred language. Our services will be tailored as closely as possible to customer requirements, depending on the availability of our service providers. If this is **crucial** to the customer's trip, for example a visit in the morning or a guide in French, please let us know in the comments when placing your order so that we can tailor our services as closely as possible to the customer's requirements.
