How do I cancel a trip?

If you wish to cancel a booking , please use the contact form available on the platform under "Contact us".

As soon as we receive your request, we will inform you of the cancellation charges as set out in the general terms and conditions of sale.

You can find the cancellation terms and conditions by accessing the general terms and conditions of sale. To do this, go to the bottom of a Worldia page when you are logged in. Simply click on "Terms of sale".
