The following services can be added to an already validated booking up to 4 days before departure:
- Transfers, car hire
- Activities
- Flights: it is not possible to add flights to a booking that has already been validated, so a new booking must be created.
- Hotel: if there is a free day without a hotel booking , with the right dates on the file, you can add a hotel by clicking on "add a hotel on this step". If there is no free hotel stay in the folder, you will need to create a new quote.
Important note: For each new file created, be sure to comment "linked to file XXXXXX - seen with XXX" when you "book this trip".
